Rachel Easton
Associate
Rachel Easton is an Associate in Vedder Price’s London office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group.
Ms. Easton predominantly advises employer organisations, ranging from small start-ups to large multinational corporations across a variety of sectors. She provides strategic and practical advice across a broad range of day-to-day HR matters, including grievance and disciplinary investigations, redundancies and handling sensitive employee exits.
Whilst her practice is wide-ranging, Ms. Easton specialises in corporate support, advising on employee transfers, international employment projects, and has a particular interest in data privacy within the employment context.
Ms. Easton’s work frequently involves advising on complex cross-border issues, reflecting the strong international focus of her practice.
Ms. Easton is passionate about supporting women in the workplace as well as her pro bono work. She actively contributes as a member of the firm’s Committees for Pro Bono work and WAVES (Women at Vedder Empowering Success). She is recommended by The Legal 500 UK in 2025 in the Employment: Employers category.
