Founded in 2003, Exigent is a UK-based global alternative legal services provider operating at the intersection of law, business and technology. With a worldwide team of over 400 lawyers, business analysts, developers and consultants, Exigent is transforming the way legal services are offered through analytical thinking and inventive use of technology. Working closely with law firms and corporations in major markets, Exigent provide a range of legal services, including litigation support, contract management, due diligence, company secretarial services, business analytics and virtual support services.
