He counsels institutional and commercial clients in a variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and financing of numerous types of real estate. In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Torre has represented clients in connection with commercial real estate litigation matters, including mortgage foreclosures, forcible entry and detainer actions, zoning actions, breach-of-contract actions and postjudgment collection and enforcement actions.

Acquisition/Disposition

Mr. Torre represents clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition and management of all types of real estate, including commercial, office, multifamily, retail, condominium, industrial and hotel properties, as well as utility-scale solar and energy projects.

Leasing

Mr. Torre advises tenants, landlords and lenders with respect to a wide array of leasing matters, including the preparation and negotiation of commercial, office, retail industrial, and solar and energy storage leases, as well as leasehold financing.

Development

Mr. Torre has experience in all aspects of real estate development and has assisted clients in the acquisition of real estate and the creation and implementation of covenants, conditions and restrictions, easements, and rights-of-way. Mr. Torre has also advised clients in connection with the acquisition and development of solar and energy projects.

Finance

Mr. Torre has extensive experience in real estate finance, representing lenders and investors in permanent, construction and mezzanine loan transactions involving health care, commercial, office, multifamily, retail and industrial properties. He also represents clients in connection with loan restructurings and workouts and assists lenders and borrowers in national and international asset-based and cash flow financing transactions.

Mr. Torre is of Cuban and Spanish descent and is fluent in Spanish.
