Michael A. Nemeroff, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vedder Price P.C., led the teams that advised many of our private equity clients and their portfolio companies in numerous M&A transactions during the third and fourth quarters of 2012.
Recent assignments included our representations of Wynnchurch Capital in its late summer 2012 acquisition of Northstar Aerospace; The Edgewater Funds in its acquisition with Acorn Growth Companies of Unitech Composites and Structures and the follow-on acquisition of Paul Fabrications, Ltd. in December 2012; PGI International, a portfolio company of The Edgewater Funds, in its November 2012 sale to Parker Hannifin; and North American Coatings, a portfolio company of Valor Equity Partners, in its October 2012 sale to Safway. These transactions are reflected on the tombstone linked below.
