Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has represented Bison Gear, a St. Charles, Illinois-based manufacturer of highly engineered motion control solutions in its sale to AMETEK, Inc., a publicly traded (NYSE:AME) manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices.

The Vedder Price deal team was led by Shareholder Guy Snyder and included Corporate Shareholder Shelby Parnes and Associate Joshua Dubin, Real Estate Shareholder Andrew Torre, Labor & Employment Shareholder Patrick Spangler.
