The Real Estate practice group at Vedder Price was recently recognized by Midwest Real Estate News in its annual "Best of the Best" survey, which ranks law firms by the total number of real estate transactions completed in the previous calendar year within a 14-state region. This year, the firm’s Real Estate group was ranked 26th on the list.

The Vedder Price Real Estate group completed 148 transactions in the areas of acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, commercial litigation, construction, development, environmental, finance/debt/equity, transactional, tax structuring/tax credit and workout/foreclosure/bankruptcy. These transactions involved properties in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
