Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has represented Krause Group in the sale of Kum & Go, a family owned convenience store chain with over 400 locations across 13 states, and Solar Transport, a leading tank truck carrier and logistics provider, to Maverik, a Salt Lake City-based independent fuel marketer in the Intermountain West. Maverik has more than 380 locations in 12 states.
The Vedder Price team was led by President & CEO Michael Nemeroff and shareholder Shelby E. Parnes, along with corporate shareholder Joseph Bueche and associates Gregory Ge, Natalie Fine, antitrust shareholder Brian McCalmon, executive compensation and employee benefits shareholder Daniel Lange, tax shareholders Matthew Larvick and Grant Kaiser, environmental associate Dana Mehlman and real estate shareholder Patrick Johnston.
