Ms. Chilvers concentrates her practice in transportation finance, with a special focus on aviation and rail finance. She regularly advises commercial and investment banks, operating lessors, finance companies, funds and other aircraft investors on a wide range of cross-border and domestic aircraft and rail finance transactions, including revolving credit warehouse financings, mortgage financings, securitizations, EETCs and other structured debt financings, aviation-related M&A transactions and joint ventures, export credit agency-supported financing transactions, capital markets offerings and numerous other aviation and rail-related acquisition, sale and leasing transactions. Ms. Chilvers also advises clients on general corporate law matters.

Ms. Chilvers was selected for inclusion in the 2025 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® for Banking and Finance Law. She was named to the Airline Economics 40 Under 40 Class of 2024 list, which each year recognizes the most talented individuals in the commercial aviation industry under the age of 40.
