Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it advised The Edgewater Funds in its investment in Nationwide Coils, Inc., a distributor of custom heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) replacement coils and heat exchangers for commercial and industrial facilities. This investment represents the launch of a new platform for The Edgewater Funds focused on the HVAC and refrigeration replacement coil and heat exchanger industry.
