Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it represented Oil-Dri Corporation of America (NYSE: ODC), a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty sorbent products for the pet care, animal health and nutrition, fluids purification, agricultural ingredients, sports field, industrial and automotive markets, in its $46 million acquisition of Ultra Pet Company, Inc., a producer of silica gel-based crystal cat litter.
