Ms. Ustupski focuses her practice on employee benefits matters. She works with employee benefit plan sponsors and administration on plan design, management and administration. Her experience includes advising clients on fiduciary issues, benefit claims and disputes, and compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and HIPAA. In addition, she represents clients in Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service audits.

Ms. Ustupski received her law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and her undergraduate degree cum laude from Loyola University Quinlan School of Business. While in law school, she was an extern to Judge Franklin U. Valderrama in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Ms. Ustupski is fluent in Polish.
