Vedder Price Represents Bancorp Financial, Inc. in Merger with Old Second Bancorp, Inc.

The Vedder Price Financial Institutions Group is pleased to have represented Bancorp Financial, Inc., and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Evergreen Bank Group, in their merger transaction with Old Second Bancorp, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Old Second National Bank. At the time of the announcement, the cash and stock transaction was valued at approximately $197 million.
