Ms. Wajert has experience with complex commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of media and entertainment, intellectual property, and privacy. Her work consists of authoring substantive motions, overseeing discovery and counseling clients on a variety of legal issues. Ms. Wajert also has a robust pro bono practice, and frequently contributes to publications on matters involving defamation and other media-related claims.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Wajert managed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) cases and other First Amendment litigation, as well as conducted prepublication review for journalists, authors, and documentary filmmakers.

Ms. Wajert received her law degree from Boston University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from George Washington University. In addition, Ms. Wajert serves as the vice chair for the Women in Communications Law group with the ABA Forum on Communications Law.
