Ms. Schuman is a litigator with a broad commercial practice.  She represents and advises clients across industries from inception to final judgment in disputes involving commercial contracts, class actions, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, media and privacy, and employment issues. Ms. Schuman practices nationwide in various state and federal courts as well as before arbitration tribunals. She has experience representing clients in all stages of litigation up to trial, including discovery, motion practice and settlement negotiations.

Ms. Schuman received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. While in law school, Ms. Schuman served as managing editor for the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law and a contributor to the Women Also Know Law scholarship database.

Ms. Schuman is CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), specializing in data privacy, cybersecurity, and related compliance matters.
