Ms. Zelmanowicz focuses her practice on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate and financing transactions, private and public company transactions, corporate governance and general corporate counseling. She has experience assisting clients with negotiating and implementing mergers and acquisitions and related transactions across a range of industries. Ms. Zelmanowicz was selected by her peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2020-2021.

Ms. Zelmanowicz received her law degree, cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University. While in law school, she was a Research Editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal.
