Vedder Price is pleased to have represented The Edgewater Funds in its investment in Silver State Refrigeration & HVAC.  a provider of aftermarket heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and plumbing services to a large base of commercial customers across the Southwestern United States.
