Mr. Turgeon has extensive experience assisting clients in the product and brand development cycles, the creation of patent and trademark assets, the management of patent and trademark portfolios, and intellectual property-related transactions. Additionally, Mr. Turgeon often also counsels businesses in research and development, contracts, and strategy, as well as information technology, cloud computing, subscription, private label, royalty, manufacturing, distribution, and consulting agreements.

Mr. Turgeon’s clients benefit from his broad technical background in areas such as mechanical apparatus and systems, medical devices, electromechanical devices and systems, chemical processes, networks, computer software, automobile and engine control systems, business methods, and other technologies.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Turgeon served as a patent examiner for the USPTO and in-house counsel for a privately held manufacturer of network and electrical infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
