Angelo Bufalino and Michael Turgeon to Participate in PLI's Patent Fundamentals Bootcamp 2019
Intellectual Property Shareholders Angelo Bufalino and Michael Turgeon will co-chair and present at PLI’s “Patent Fundamentals Bootcamp 2019: An Introduction to Patent Drafting, Prosecution, and Litigation” in Chicago on May 7-9. The program will focus on teaching the basics of claim drafting, patent application preparation and prosecution, and also provide a review of recent developments in the law. The seminars provides a rare opportunity to receive individualized feedback and mentoring in focused small clinic group settings, where multifaceted strategies and best practices will be explored and discussed.Attendees will work within the context of real life scenarios and be guided through the entire patent application process, receiving a thorough understanding of the basics of patent law. Mr. Bufalino will again Co-Chair the program in Chicago.
Mr. Turgeon will act as a clinic instructor for the "Patent Amendment Writing" workshop. The clinic serves as a unique supplement to the lectures and will provide the kind of hands-on mentoring that senior attorneys are hard-pressed to provide on a day-to-day basis.
