Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has represented Rockwood Equity Partners in its investment in Energy Renewal Partners, a privately held environmental consulting firm.  The investment marks Rockwood’s third environmental platform in its current fund.

The Vedder Price deal team included President & CEO Michael Nemeroff, Finance & Transactions Shareholder David Swendsen and Associate Zachary Iacovino.
