Vedder Price Shareholders David Swendsen and Joe Bueche Named Recipients of 13th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Shareholders David Swendsen and Joseph Bueche have been chosen from a pool of prominent nominees for their notable accomplishments in business and in service to the community. Evaluation and selection of the nominees was completed by an independent judging panel.

Swendsen executes transactions from start to finish on behalf of his clients. He has in-depth experience in traditional buy-side/sell-side M&A, minority investment transactions and venture capital transactions. Swendsen also specializes in private equity and investor-side representation.
Swendsen also acts as outside general counsel for start-up and middle-market clients, drafting and negotiating key commercial contracts and advising them on a variety of legal matters.
Bueche practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate, securities and business law.
He advises on a variety of transactional and general corporate matters, including advising private equity firms and private companies (in each case representing both buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border transactions), auctions, divestitures, 363 transactions, restructurings, debt and equity offerings, joint ventures and minority investments.
