Ms. David focuses her practice on representing companies, boards of directors and individuals in a broad range of cases that present significant legal and reputational risks. She has experience in trial and arbitration practice, as well as in navigating internal and regulatory investigations.

Ms. David received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, her M.A. from the Hebrew University, and her B.A., cum laude, from Muhlenberg College. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Deborah A. Kaplan in the New York Supreme Court.
