Shareholder Michelle Olson and Associate Ellen Hemminger were published in the Employee Relations Law Journal, Volume 50, Issue Number 2, for their article “U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Publishes Final Rule on Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.” The authors discuss the implementation of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) on June 18, 2024, requiring employers with 15 or more employees to provide reasonable accommodations for workers affected by pregnancy and related conditions.
