Ms. Buckley represents equity funds, portfolio companies and public and private companies in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of mergers and acquisitions (buy-and sell-side), debt and balance sheet restructurings, joint ventures, roll-over transactions, divestitures, secured lending facilities and structured investments and formations.

She has industry-specific knowledge, particularly in the manufacturing, entertainment, produce and agriculture, telecommunications, education, media, security screening, technology and luxury goods sectors.

Prior to and during law school, Ms. Buckley spent eight years with the Health Research and Educational Trust of the American Hospital Association, where she managed business development and directed funding campaigns and other strategic investment activities.

Ms. Buckley received her law degree magna cum laude from the DePaul University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College. While in law school, Ms. Buckley was a member of the DePaul Law Review.
