Jeremy Alexander Joins Vedder Price Washington Office Health Care and Professional Associations Group
Vedder Price is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Jeremy Alexander as a new Shareholder in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Alexander will join the Health Care and Professional Associations group, bringing more than 12 years of experience to Vedder Price in his new role.
“Jeremy is an important addition to our Washington office, and we are thrilled to have him join the firm overall,” said Jennifer King, Shareholder and Chair of Vedder Price’s Corporate practice area. “Jeremy brings extensive life sciences and health care regulatory experience to us, and we are happy to welcome him to our team.”
At Vedder Price, Alexander will focus on complex regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters for health care providers and suppliers and investors in the life sciences and health care industry. He will represent buyers and sellers in a variety of health care and life sciences transactions. Other primary areas of focus for Alexander include a broad range of regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, privacy and security, provider licensure and general health care compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexander spent the previous four years as a partner with Reed Smith LLP as part of their Life Sciences and Health Industry group.
Alexander received his law degree from Columbia Law School and his undergraduate degree from Penn State University.
