Mr. Landers represents banks, operating lessors, servicers, manufacturers, private equity firms, asset managers and other investors and corporate borrowers in asset-backed securitizations, warehouse loan facilities, joint ventures, U.S. and cross-border operating and finance leases, leveraged leases and portfolio and sale-leaseback transactions.  Mr. Landers also has experience representing investors in structuring and establishing strategic joint ventures and new lending and leasing platforms for aviation and rail assets, and counseling clients on various day-to-day matters such as corporate structuring, servicing and management agreements, and general corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Landers also has significant experience representing clients in complex mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, recapitalizations, venture capital, equipment leasing and finance and a variety of other corporate and transactional matters, including the acquisition, divestiture, financing, leasing, operation and general management of multifamily, commercial and agricultural real estate, as well as providing outside general counsel services.

Mr. Landers earned his law degree from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN.  In 2021, the Illinois Senate appointed Mr. Landers to the Uniform Law Commission.
