Ms. Mercurio’s practice ranges from single-plaintiff to class action litigation, including defending employers against alleged wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violation claims.  She engages in regular motion practice and has helped clients obtain favorable outcomes including summary judgment.  She also provides advice and counsel on state and federal laws relating to personnel policies and employee handbooks. 

Ms. Mercurio received her law degree from Notre Dame Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. While in law school,  Ms. Mercurio was president of the Food and Beverage Law Club, treasurer of the Asian Law Students Association, and a staff editor for the Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy.
