Associate Daniel Stander of London’s Employment practice group authored an article recently featured in People Management on disabilities in the workplace, notably autism. His article “Autism and the workplace: a turning point?” highlights the need for inclusive hiring and employment practices that best accommodate neurodiverse applicants and employees while reducing the potential for legal risks and discriminatory labor practices.
