Charles J. Nerko and Mark C. Svalina will present at the 2019 Compliance & Legal Conference, taking place September 12–13, 2019 in Verona, New York. The two-day conference, hosted by the New York Credit Union Association, will tackle some of the most pressing and complex legal and regulatory issues facing New York’s credit unions.
Mr. Nerko and Mr. Svalina will present the session, “Contracts & Vendor Due Diligence" on September 12 at 3:30 pm. This presentation will draw upon Mr. Nerko’s experiences representing credit unions in disputes with vendors, as well as Mr. Svalina’s experiences advising credit unions on regulatory compliance matters.
