Bettman, a Shareholder in the Finance & Transactions and Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits groups, will present at PLI’s Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements Seminar in Chicago on January 20, 2017. The seminar will consist of a variety of sessions regarding the basics of drafting and negotiating corporate agreements – from how the provisions of an agreement fit together, to the fundamental drafting and negotiating principles that are common to all corporate agreements.
Mr. Bettman’s session focuses on specialty agreements, specifically on essential terms of all employment agreements, how to protect confidential information and inventions, and severance agreements and dispute resolution procedures.
