Mr. Kummerer serves as lead corporate counsel to many entrepreneurial and closely held clients in industries ranging from traditional manufacturing and distribution to high tech consulting, and he has significant experience in representing audio and video publishers in the entertainment and educational industries, automobile specialty equipment manufacturers and distributors, and building products manufacturers and construction companies. He also has considerable experience in assisting privately owned middle-market companies in the purchase and sale of their businesses.
