Vedder Price is pleased to announce it represented Constellation Oil Services in connection with a multi-year drilling assignment with Petrobras, one of the largest oil and gas producers in the world.

Constellation, a Brazilian offshore drilling company, was declared the winner of a recent tender, and the operations will be performed using the Admarine 511 jackup owned by ADES Holding, part of Saudi Arabia-headquartered ADES Group at shallow waters in the Sergipe-Alagoas, Ceará, and Potiguar basins off the coast of Brazil.

The Vedder Price team included Hoyoon Nam, Trevor Wood and Robert Anderson.
