Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has advised ABANCA USA as lead lender and administrative agent of a credit facility with Key International Group for the refinancing of the Stanton Hotel South Beach. The 226-room upscale boutique oceanfront Art Deco hotel, owned by a group of Spanish investors and managed by Marriott International, was built in 1939. Proceeds of the loan will be utilized for renovations and updates to the property.

The Vedder team was led by Real Estate Shareholder Jonathan Kurry. The team also included Real Estate Associate Beth Rosenblatt.
