Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it represented L Squared Capital Partners in its strategic growth investment in TeachTown, a provider of educational software to schools, clinicians and parents for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or emotional and behavior disorders.
The Vedder Price deal team is being led by President and CEO Michael Nemeroff along with Shareholder and Finance & Transactions group member Gregory Ge, and the team also includes Shareholders Jason Reese, Marie Godush and Melissa Winchester and Associates James Warczak, Miri Joo, Mary Donohue, Allie Brydell and Rory Koenig of the Finance & Transactions group; Shareholder Matthew Larvick and Associate Robbie Alipour of the Tax & Estate Planning group; and Shareholder Daniel Lange and Associate Amal Rafiq of the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group.
