Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has represented Glanbia plc in its acquisition of Flavor Producers, a leading flavor platform in the US, providing flavors and extracts to the food and beverage industries, with a focus on organic and natural ingredients. Glanbia will operate Flavor Producers within its Glanbia Nutritionals, Nutritional Solutions business.

The Vedder Price deal team was led by Finance & Transactions Shareholders Guy Snyder and Joseph Kye and included Associates Mary Donohue, James Warczak and Allie Brydell.
