Vedder Price Advises Castle Harlan in its Investment in Alumni Educational Solutions

Vedder Price is pleased to have advised Castle Harlan, a New York-based private equity firm, in its investment in Alumni Educational Solutions, a Waterloo, Ontario-based manufacturer and distributor of educational furniture for pre-school, K-12 and higher education classrooms across North America.
