Mr. Draz focuses his practice in aircraft, railcar and general equipment finance. He counsels and represents lenders, borrowers, lessors, lessees, equity participants and other financiers in a variety of transactions including operating leases, structured financings, secured loans and portfolio acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Setteducati’s practice is focused on aircraft and other commercial finance matters. He represents lenders and borrowers in various equipment financing transactions, including back-leveraged and aircraft lease portfolio facilities, mortgage financings, U.S. Ex-Im Bank-supported financings, EETCs and leveraged leases. He is also experienced in other secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as acquisition financings, asset-based working capital facilities and investment-grade loans.
Mr. Thomas counsels a variety of clients including borrowers, lenders, lessors, lessees and equity investors engaged in debt, equity and lease financing transactions. He focuses his practice on the aviation and rail industries and has represented clients engaged in U.S. and cross-border sale, lease and financing transactions, including aircraft and rolling stock portfolio acquisitions, sale-leaseback transactions, operating leases, export credit agency supported financings, mortgage financings, pooled collateral/warehouse loan facilities and securitizations.
