Vedder Price Represents Thora Capital, LLC in the sale-leaseback of three EMS helicopters with Apollo MedFlight
Vedder Price’s client Thora Capital advised an investor group on the consummation of a helicopter acquisition and leaseback involving three Airbus EC135s in emergency medical services (EMS) configuration. The aircraft are leased and operated by Apollo MedFlight, headquartered in Texas. The helicopters will be used in Nebraska for both emergency and non-emergency medical transport.
Global Transportation Finance Shareholder Edward K. Gross led the team from Vedder Price. “We are pleased to have worked with Thora Capital on their first unilateral helicopter acquisition.
