Vedder Price Represents Macquarie Rotorcraft in Helicopter Portfolio Transaction
Vedder Price is pleased to announce it represented Macquarie Rotorcraft in connection with the acquisition of a 12-helicopter portfolio from Milestone Aviation Group.
The helicopters included in the transaction are on lease to six customers in nine countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.
“We were happy to collaborate with Macquarie Rotorcraft in this transaction, which is an important one within the helicopter finance market,” said Geoffrey R. In addition to Geoffrey R. Kass, the Vedder Price legal team on the transaction was also led by Shareholder Theresa M. Peyton and Solicitor Joshua Alexander.
