Vedder Price Represents ITE Management as Anchor Equity Investor in Thunderbolt III ABS
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it advised ITE Management as the anchor equity investor in Air Lease Corporation’s Thunderbolt III aircraft asset-backed securitization.
The deal includes a capital markets offering of two series of fixed rate debt notes and equity certificates, the proceeds of which will be used to acquire a portfolio of 19 narrowbody and widebody jet aircraft on lease to 18 lessees based in 15 countries.
