Thirty-two years ago on July 26, 1990, the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was a landmark law prohibiting discrimination against people with disabilities and a victory for the rights of Americans with disabilities. The past thirty-two years of progress have demonstrated why it’s essential to foster a culture that is inclusive of people with disabilities.
