Vedder Price Global Transportation Finance Team Recognized in Multiple Deals of the Year by Trade Finance Magazine
The Vedder Price Global Transportation Finance team was recently recognized by Trade Finance magazine for its representation of U.S. Ex-Im Bank in three of the publication’s 2013 Deals of the Year. The first deal, an ECA-backed bond for Pemex, involved a $1.5 billion three-tranche bond and was completed in an unprecedented six weeks. The second, an ECA/junior loan for Mongolian Airlines, involved a $102 million 10-year ECA and a seven-year junior loan. The third deal, a $2 billion ECA-backed financing for Reliance, represents the largest U.S. Ex-Im transaction for Reliance to date.
