Vedder Price is pleased to announce that veteran attorney Anthony Renzi has joined the firm’s Washington, DC office as a Shareholder in the firm’s Securities and Capital Markets practice group.

Most recently a Partner with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, Renzi brings extensive experience to Vedder Price with a focus on international and U.S. corporate transactional matters, including providing strategic guidance to clients in the energy, shipping and offshore services sectors.

Renzi received his law degree from American University Washington College of Law cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York cum laude.
