Vedder Price Counsels ALAFCO in Lease Agreements for Thirteen Airbus A320 Aircraft
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it represented Kuwaiti-based ALAFCO Aviation Lease and Finance Company KSC (Closed) in concluding lease agreements for thirteen (13) Airbus A320 aircraft. The aircraft are expected to enter service with Allegiant over a period starting in September 2017 and continuing until December 2018. Each lease agreement is for a 12-year term and includes a purchase option for Allegiant.
