Vedder Price Adds Shareholder Michelle L. Landry to San Francisco Litigation Practice
Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Michelle Landry has joined the firm as a Shareholder in its Litigation practice area in San Francisco.
Ms. Landry focuses her practice on prosecuting and defending complex civil litigation across a wide array of industries for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and private and publicly traded companies. She has represented clients in breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair business practices, commercial lease disputes, trademark and trade secrets, defamation and invasion of privacy cases, price-fixing and RICO. Ms. Landry has substantial trial experience and has arbitrated in all major arbitration venues, including JAMS, AAA and NASD (now FINRA).
Ms. Landry has defended a number of complex litigation and class action matters in both California state and federal courts. She has defended companies against class actions related to payday lending and lead generation, wage-and-hour claims, antitrust/unfair business practices and violations of California’s Talent Scam Prevention Act. She has also represented a number of hotel owners, real estate developers, commercial landlords and tenants in a variety of litigation matters, including lease disputes, breach of contract, employment disputes and fraud.
