Mr. Kulawik focuses his practice on leveraged finance and all types of secured lending, including acquisition financings, asset-based lending and refinancings in both the syndicated and direct lending spaces, both domestically and in Europe and in Latin America.
Mr. Kulawik also has extensive experience representing clients in restructurings and workouts—both in and out of court—and investment grade finance.
