The conference, held by the ABA’s Joint Committee on Employee Benefits (JCEB), is geared toward employee benefits attorneys, private practitioners, in-house and union counsel and litigators.
Mr. Hancuch will present “Reporting and Disclosure” and the breakout session “QDROs, QMCSOs and Spousal Rights;” Mr. Spangler will present the breakout session “Collectively Bargained Plans;” and Mr. Wolf will present “ERISA Basic Concepts” and “ERISA Preemption” as well as provide opening remarks.
The conference will be held at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago.
