Shareholders Amy Bess to Co-chair and Michelle Olson to Present at PLI's Workplace Accommodation and Leave Challenges 2024 Conference
Shareholder and Co-Chair Amy Bess and Shareholder Michelle Olson will attend the Workplace Accommodation and Leave Challenges 2024 conference hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) on November 12 in New York, New York. Each session is designed for in-house employment and labor counsel, outside counsel for employees and employers, along with HR professionals.
Amy will serve as co-chair of the event, providing the opening remarks alongside co-chair Sara E. Elder of Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Amy will also speak as a panelist during the session “2024 Strategies for Leave and Accommodation Trends,” where she and her industry colleagues will address emerging leave and accommodation trends, including the impact of recent changes in applicable laws regarding mental health, gender and remote work.
Michelle is part of the discussion titled “2024 Strategies for Leave and Accommodation Management,” which addresses the relation and integration of leave and accommodation processes as the building blocks for navigating transitional return to work.
