Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Shalyn McKitt has been recognized by The National Black Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer in California.

An Associate in Vedder Price’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Health Care group, McKitt was selected for inclusion as a result of her contributions to the legal profession. This honor is only given to the top 40 under 40 African American lawyers in each state or region with reputations for providing excellent legal representation in their respective practice areas.

McKitt’s practice primarily focuses on advising health care providers, insurers, vendors, technology companies and institutions on regulatory matters in healthcare transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, corporate operations and administrative law litigation.
