Vedder Price attorneys Michael L. Schein, Shareholder and member of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group, and Douglas J. Lipke, Shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group, were ranked in The Deal’s 2013 Q4 Bankruptcy League Tables. Mr. Schein was once again named as the top attorney, with 32 active cases and average assets of $30.1 billion, while Mr. Lipke was ranked seventh, with 24 cases and average assets of $33.1 billion. Vedder Price was ranked fourth, with 66 open cases and $15.3 billion in average assets.
