Mr. Dean focuses his practice on representing companies, boards of directors and individuals in a broad range of cases that present significant legal and reputational risks. Mr. Dean has experience in trial and arbitration practice, as well as in navigating internal and regulatory investigations.

Mr. Dean received his law degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in finance from Miami University.
